Great day to race!

6:14 miles - pretty much steady pace

Chris Brady and I were close the first mile.  He surged at mile 2 and I could not answer.  He finished first at 18:11.

I need to keep the speed work going at the track and keep working the hills.

Overall - I'm pleased with the result and my progress - I feel confident I will go sub 19 this year.

Nice job Kerry. So two Kingman boys go into Havasu and take 1 and 2? Way to represent!

Great run Kerry, I wish I had more time to chat with you. Was that a PR for you? You're right, you will break 19 this year.

A huge congrats.

LOL Teena! That's because he entered his miles as 5 instead of 3.1.

thnx Burt, Rhett and Teena...

I wish I had that per mile pace :)

I corrected the miles...

Rhett - you had a great tune-up race! Can't believe you can carry the pace sign and still run that strong - very impressive showing

NICE WORK!!!! I am confident in that sub-19 as well.

Best of luck with the speed work, my LEAST favorite part about running!
