I think i read that comment last week....I was confused and thought you had done nothing for a week. Nice job, running tired.

no worries Kelli - great to see you feeling well and after it hard! You are doing great!

Gosh, thanks. It is amazing how motivated I get when I gain weight. I am a human yo-yo!

Have a great running week, take it easy on the basketball, it is brutal.

I agree with Kelli, basketball is brutal on the legs, knees, ankles, and feet. All that starting and stopping and changing direction. I do like to play, but I have decided to give it up until Boston.

Looks like you are keeping it consistant and building a great running base Kerry.

thank you Rhett - I know you are right relating to b-ball - I need to give it up...

keep up your great training!

YOU TOO KELLI!

Now, I do not know that I would give it up if you like it!! I played basketball in high school, I used to be good. Now I can not make a shot to save my life, but maybe the life of my first born or something.

I agree with Kelli. If you really love to play, keep at it. I don't really love baskeball to be honest. Soccer is my true love. I played in college and still love to play, but when I'm prepping for a goal race I do cut it out so it doesn't interfere with training or cause injury. I used to try and do both, but got injured a few too many times before big goal races.

Okay, since we are on brutal sports, soccer is BRUTAL! Especially indoor soccer (maybe you do not have that in AZ???) I can not believe the hits soccer players take with no pads or anything. I belong to a soccer playing family and it freaks me out the older they get, especially girls HS soccer!!!

i grew up focused on soccer too Rhett! b-ball is not a passion, just playing for our Rotary club... soccer is def rough- i agree Kelli!

And then there is Rugby...a sport I do not get, but it looks severely brutal!

Anything to keep us OLD people in shape.
