I have had a good week of training, but I don't know what that means for the 1/2 a week from tomorrow especially since I still plan on a couple more tough runs next week. I'm hoping to run the 1/2 at marathon pace since I'm not doing any taper.

I have learned (cycling first, then running) a wide taper doesn't work for me... seems like I need to keep the engine hot (but not too hot)...
